Some Completed Projects
Privacy Fence Construction
Replace a dilapidated privacy fence with a plastic fence with wooden posts concealing a trash bin area.
Metal Fencing Repair
Repair metal fence after a car crash. Re-attached fence sections and repaired footings for fence posts, where needed.
Roof Gable Rejuvenation
Extended the life of this roof gable by scraping off old paint, patching damaged areas, and re-painting.
Floor Resurfacing
Replace existing water-damaged flooring with a new upgraded vinyl planking system. Project involved complex flooring alignment between four rooms and a hallway. It wasn’t easy but, it was done right!
Window Frame Rejuvenation
Repaired water-damaged exterior window frame and replaced dry rot areas with specialized patching material before repainting. This method avoids costly replacement of the entire window frame.
Fence Replacement
The old, unsafe, and unsightly fence was replaced with a new wooden structure in just a couple of days. The project could have been done in even less time but we had to wait for the new concrete footings to set.
Shower Stall Renovation
A shower was installed for someone who needed handicap support fixtures. The project involved the removal and replacement of tile work, vanity and faucet, as well as installing a new shower base, sliding door, and recessed niche for shampoo, etc. Plumbing was done by a licensed plumber.
Staircase Resurfacing
This project involved upgrading the staircase by sanding down the surface to remove all the existing scratches and dents. The newly prepared surface then received 3 coats of floor-grade protective polyurethane revealing the previously hidden beautiful wood grain.
Storage Shed Construction
The project started with building a new, treated wood base on a levelled stone drive. The shed was an old shed “kit” requiring disassembly at the old location, moving to a new site and re-assembled using the existing materials which included walls, door and roof with a skylight.
